Project Hope

For Patients Suffering from Opioid Use Disorder

Project Hope is here to support you, your family, and friends.

Opioids are highly addictive drugs that are often prescribed as painkillers. In conjunction with alleviating pain, opioids have the ability to activate the reward pathways of the brain granting them a higher potential for abuse. Forms of opioids include morphine, codeine, heroin, Vicodin, and several other addictive drugs.

As one of the most abused substances, it is likely that you are visiting this page because either you or a loved one are struggling with opioids and are seeking recovery. At Siyan, we understand how terrifying living with this aggressive addiction can be, which is why we are proud to say that our evidence-based approach offers an effective pathway towards recovery.

Our medical professionals combine medication assisted treatment (MAT), alongside evidence-based psychotherapy to assist our clients in better navigating their social environment. Our case manager works in tandem with the medical team and client to develop an individualized substance abuse strategy that works for the client’s lifestyle. It is our goal to help clients minimize, manage and ultimately stop the addiction cycle.
