Noely Porcayo Parades

Noely is a Case Manager for the Brighter Path Program and California Certified Behavioral Health Clinic at Siyan Clinical. Noely has worked in the social service field since 2016 and enjoys working with adults and older adults to provide support and resource linkage. Noely graduated with her Bachelor’s in Social Work from CSU Sacramento in 2017 and Master’s in Social Work from Loyola University of Chicago in 2021. Noely likes to meet clients where they are and help guide them to where they want to be.
